Colorgized Yoga
Colorgized Yoga! This New Class will help balance the energy systems in your body called the Chakras. Starting with Mudlahara the root Chakra at your base your grounding energies, the class will begin with a red glow through the entire studio filling you with this red vibe of light, the music flows to the energy movement of this chakras as you open and balance with hatha based yoga poses that open each of the chakras. As you follow the path of the spine up the chakra base through each energy system the lights change to that color. A rainbow of lights, music, opening poses and the instructor’s gentle affirmations will balance your energies and leave you feeling amazing after class.
