Each class includes 10 to 15 minutes of deep stretching and strengthening exercises that are based in yoga. Please wear comfortable pants, tribal style pantaloons are ok, and a short top or leotard that allows me to see your posture.
This is an beginner class covering posture, basic moves, traveling, and basic transitions. Props such as Veils and Zills may be used as the class progresses.
